Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

 

Eligibility for Returns

• Due to their intimate nature, all of our pierced earrings are final sale.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely, as we are not liable for lost or undelivered returns.

 

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, we may decline the refund or issue a partial refund.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong product, please contact us at hello@kaouajewels.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll assist you in resolving the matter.
