Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery 3-4 business days

International Shipping: Estimated delivery 7-10 business days, depending on location

Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or carrier delays.


International Shipping & Customs

Kaoua ships internationally!

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges are not included in our prices and vary depending on local regulations.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to the carrier first for tracking updates.

If you need further assistance, contact us at hello@kaouajewels.com, and we’ll do our best to help. However, Kaoua is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.


Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Kaoua is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If an order is returned due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
